TM Presscare Ltd is owned and operated by Mike Groves (ex Hare Press Service Manager) and Tom Bristow (ex Hare Press Production Lead).
We have many years of experience in the industry, we are aware of customers’ requirements and offer a quality service at a competitive rate. Based in Weston Super Mare (2 miles from junction 21 M5), TM Presscare cover the whole of the UK and can supply spares worldwide.
Machine Servicing – We keep your Hare Press up and running for longer, ensuring your production process is not affected by machine downtime. TM Presscare offer a wide range of servicing options on the following models of Hare Presses - (AM150 AM300, Al400, Al630, AL1000 ,5BS, 8HP, 10GP/10HP 12GP/12HP 16GP/HP 25GP/HP 30GP/HP 40GP/HP 63GP/HP 80GP/HP & 4 column presses).
Service options include service contracts, annual servicing and inspection or supply of service items to be carried out in house.
Press Spares - Whether it's a pump or O-Ring, TM Presscare can supply it all!
Following the closure of 'PJ Hare’ in 2019, TM Presscare purchased a large selection of the remaining stock to ensure that our valued customers can use their press machines for many years to come. Since TM Presscare started in 2019, we have increased the capacity of our facilities and keep a wide range of stock to support all models of Hare Presses.
Machine Breakdown & Repairs - We understand the importance of production continuity and the affect machine downtime can have, which is why we offer rapid breakdown support across the country. Our fully equipped service vans allow our engineers to get the job done quickly and efficiently. We also work closely with other Ex PJ Hare employees to offer an unbeatable service.
Ram and Cylinder Resealing Services - We have in house capability to carry out Ram and cylinder resealing services and can supply replacement components if required. Our custom ram and cylinder holding equipment allow us to manoeuvre these delicate items with great care and give us access to carry out thorough inspection and cleaning.
All work carried out is to manufacture specifications.
Power Unit Resealing - Commonly known as the power unit of the press on the AM150, AM300 , Al400, Al630, Al1000 range. This pneumatic hydraulic unit provides the pressing force of the machine. Over extended periods of time, the unit can become exhausted and fail, requiring an overhaul. This can be carried out by the team in our workshop, using our testing facilities to ensure the unit is operating correctly before being put back into production.
Used / Reconditioned Hare Presses - He hold a large range of reconditioned Hare Presses in our facilities. Please get in contact to find out what we currently have on offer.
Automation Upgrades - TM Presscare can supply automation solutions for customers who are looking to automation aspects of their processes, thus reducing production lead times and repetitive strain tasks. Our solutions include robotic integration, bowl feed systems, strip or coil feed unit, bespoke tooling design and much more.
